DODGE CITY — Allen County Community College’s soccer teams lost close games against Dodge City Community College on Sunday.
The Red Devil women dropped a 2-1 decision to Dodge City. Maurissa Shafer scored the goal on a free kick for Allen County. Cheace Mahaulu was in goal and made eight saves.
Dodge City beat the ACCC men 2-0. Jordan Drake was the Red Devils’ goalkeeper for 35 minutes and made two saves. Aurelio Rameriz played in goal the rest of the game and was credited with seven saves.
On Saturday, the Red Devil women lost 3-0 at Garden City. Mahaulu had six saves for Allen County.
