LE ROY — The Southern Coffey County Titans continue playing for their first win after falling to the Centre Cougars 47-0 Friday.
With only 55 yards of total offense the Titans struggled in their home opener. Friday’s loss dropped them to 0-2. They hope to get one game closer Friday when they host the Chetopa Hornets (2-0, 1-0).
Although one of the weaker teams in area 6-man football in the past, the Hornets come into Friday’s game undefeated with a 58-12 blowout of Altoona-Midway in the season opener. They edged Elyria Christian (0-2) last week.…
