MCPHERSON — Humboldt’s Cheyenne Harris finished fifth in the 132-138 pound weight class at the Kansas Girls State Tournament on Saturday in McPherson.
Harris went 2-2 overall in the tournament and capped her day with a pin in the fifth-place match.
JUNIOR VARSITY
Humboldt’s Brady Slocum finished in third place in the 160 pound weight class in the Burlington Junior Varsity Tournament on Saturday.
Slocum finished his tournament with a 2-2 record and won his final two matches.
