Jr. Lancers rally to win

UNIONTOWN – Scoring 19 points in the fourth quarter, Crest Middle School’s Lancers wiped out a 26-19 deficit and defeated host Uniontown’s Eagles 38-31 Monday.
Uniontown had a 16-12 halftime lead and outscored the Lancers 10-7 in the third quarter. The Lancers held the Eagles to five points while pouring in the 19 points in the final period.
Hunter Frazell fired in 12 points to lead the Lancers. Garrett Sipe added 10 points. Evan Godderz scored seven followed by six points from Kellen Ramsey and three from Brandon Brallier. The Lancer A-team is 7-1.
In the B-team game, Uniontown rolled to a 37-11 win over Crest. Jake Pinney scored five points and Dylan Young had four points for Crest. Adam Montague scored two.
Crest hosts Pleasanton Tuesday in Colony.
