PLEASANTON — Marmaton Valley High’s volleyball team earned a split to wrap up the regular season Tuesday, defeating host Pleasanton before falling to Uniontown in straight sets.
The Wildcats defeated Pleasanton, 27-25, 25-22, behind Emily Meiwes with 14 points, Kaitlin Ensminger with five kills and Mackenzie Tynon with six points, seven kills and five blocks.
In the 25-13, 25-10 loss to Uniontown, the Wildcats were led by Meiwes with four points and Tapanga Turner with three kills.
