The 2017-18 SDA Elite Cheer All-Stars, a competitive cheer squad from Supernova Dance Authority, won several awards at the Revolution Competition in Tulsa recently. The squad competed in both cheer and pompon categories, qualifying both teams to compete at nationals. Taylor Korte and Chloe Hageman were best overall photogenic plaque award winners. Karly McGuffin and Emma Weseloh were also noted as graduating seniors. Supernova owner, director, choreographer and dance coach Marielle Melvin was awarded a Star Dance Alliance bang and a Tee for Talent shirt for excellence and choreography. Members are Mia Aronson, Piper Aronson, Gretchen Boyers, Kyndellin Church, Ashley Crane, Dally Curry, Carly Dreher, Morgan Dela-Cruz, Ainslee Glasgow, Chloe Hageman, Taylor Korte, Elizabeth Lewis, Avery Martin, Karly McGuffin, Aurora Parker-Collins, Emalee Thompson, Payton Weast, Emma Weseloh, Isabella Wilson and Justice Wilson.
