Donna Faye (Minson) Lewis, 86, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was born Feb. 17, 1939 in Iola, Kansas, the daughter of Lyle and Mabel (Stout) Minson.
Donna is survived by her husband, Dr. Herschel Lewis; two sons, Patrick (Andrea) Lewis of Olathe and Jarod Lewis of Lawrence; and three grandchildren, Annika, Aidan, and Riley.
