Arrests reported
Allen County sheriff’s deputies, assisted by the Iola police officers, responded to a domestic disturbance Monday in the 1200 block of 1000 Street southwest of Iola, where an infant was found with injuries. Kristen C. Garver, 29, and Hayden T. White, 36, were arrested for suspicion of domestic battery.
Deputies arrested Jessica L. Rollings Monday for a failure-to-appear warrant out of Anderson County.
Stephen A. Hart was arrested Friday at his residence in the 300 block of North Kentucky Street for suspicion of four counts of violating the Kansas Registered Offender Act, deputies said.
Brandon S. Riley, 39, Iola, was arrested Sept. 21 for a failure-to-appear warrant.
Daniel R. Miller, 51, was arrested at his home in Humboldt for suspicion of seven counts of Aggravated Violation of the Registered Offender Act and four counts of violation of the Kansas Registered Offender Act.
Deputies arrested Kimberly F. Broyules, 40, for a failure-to-appear warrant stemming from a burglary charge.
Drew W. White, 40, Bucyrus, was arrested Sept. 20 after deputies were told a driver was traveling recklessly on U.S. 169 northeast of Iola. He was booked into the Allen County Jail for suspicion of driving while intoxicated (second or greater offense), transporting an open container of alcohol and child endangerment.
Joshua D. Baker, 39, Abilene, was arrested Sept. 29 on a warrant related to a theft charge.
Deputies arrested Ethan A. Weide, 22, in rural Allen County Sept. 17 for suspicion of violating a protection order.
Samantha J. Wehmeier, 32, Chanute, was arrested Sept. 17 for a failure-to–appear warrant.
Deputies arrested Jeremy L. Borton, 49, rural Chanute, on a failure-to-appear warrant.
Allison M. Ikehord, 38, Chanute was arrested by Neosho County sheriff’s deputies and booked into the Allen County Jail for a probation revocation warrant.
Makaylie L. Baker, who had been served a protection order less than 30 minutes earlier, was arrested by deputies at a residence northeast of Piqua for suspicion of violating that protection order.
Deputies arrested Tracy K. Humbert, 53, Fort Scott, for a failure-to-appear warrant out of Anderson County, deputies said.
Tanner D. Jessup, 35, was arrested at his residence in Gas for a warrant alleging maintaining a public nuisance, deputies said.
