Girard’s Trojans defeated the Iola High School Mustangs on Homecoming Night. The Mustangs had a successful first half, taking a 17-6 lead into halftime. After scoring a 5-yard touchdown pass in the latter part of the fourth quarter, Girard walked away with a 28-23 victory.
