BRONSON — Organizers have a number of activities planned for Saturday’s annual Bronson Day celebration.
Traditionally held each Memorial Day weekend, this year’s festivities will contain many of the same attractions that have drawn scores of visitors to Bronson Days past.
Dave and Ellen Harper will serve as the grand marshals for the 11 a.m. parade, followed by a barbecue dinner at noon. Kids games begin at 1:30 p.m. A merchants drawing caps the afternoon activities at 2:30.
A quilt show runs from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the Bronson community building. A horseshoe pitch contest also runs Saturday morning. A pet contest kicks off at 10 a.m.
The celebration is sponsored by Bronson Ruritan and the Bronson Day Committee.
