Florine Oliver, former Iolan, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at her home in Satellite Beach, Fla., Thursday, May 15, 2014. She was born on July 23, 1937, in Orange, Calif., to Floyd and Zenobia Cokeley.
Florine touched many lives by her generosity and love. She enjoyed being together with her family and friends, the more the merrier. She had a very special love for little children and hearing their laughter.
Florine is survived by her husband Earl, the love of her life for 54 years; her son Jeff, the apple of her eye, and loving friend John, Satellite Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Cheryl Pinkerton, Satellite Beach, Fla., and Sandra Street, Sallisaw, Okla.; several aunts, uncles and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Cokeley, her mother Zenobia Raines and sister Mary Lou Cornell.
A memorial celebration will be at a later date in Florida.
