Karen Kay Clayton, 69, passed away June 26, 2026 at Azria in Olathe, Kansas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Clayton, in August of 2022.
She was the daughter of Kenneth and Kathryn (Kite) McGee of Centerville, Kansas. They also preceded her in death.
She is survived by sons Dean (Cindy) Friend and James (Nicole) Lloyd; five grandchildren, Alessa Lloyd, Dakota Lloyd, Charity Friend, Tabitha Friend, and Stephanie Friend; and sisters Lillian Kite, Connie (Howard) Reiter and Patty (Randy) Latta.
A celebration of life will be at 2 p.m., Sunday, July 26, at Colony Christian Church, 211 Catalpa Ave., Colony, Kansas.
