Rita R. Wilper, 79, Garnett, died Friday, March 4, 2016, at Richmond Healthcare Center, Richmond.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Emerald, with burial to follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Family will greet friends following a rosary at 7 p.m. today at St. Patrick’s Church. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Patrick’s Church building fund.
