The June 19 golf tournament to benefit CASA of the 31st Judicial District was a rounding success.
Daniel D. Creitz, Chief District Court Judge, hosted the tournament at the Allen County Golf Club.
CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates, who assist youths in troubled homes.
Twenty teams rose to the challenge on Father’s Day. Composed of all skill levels, the teams were divided into three flights.
All funds raised from this tournament will remain within the 31st Judicial District including Allen, Neosho, Woodson and Wilson counties to help serve abused children here in the court system.
The results:

C Flight 1st Place – Lynch Team – Jim Chanlee, Steve Leake, Bryan Lynch and Marvin Lynch;
C Flight 2nd Place – H & H Roofing – Bill Weston, Jerry Nibarger, Allen Brown and Jim Dean;
