POMONA — Uniontown High’s Justin Query finished in seventh place at Monday’s West Franklin High Invitational golf tournament.
Query shot a 90 while teammate Chance Hoener had a 106 for the 18-hole tournament.
“Justin played well however he found the water hazard on a few holes and made some mistakes chipping,” said Jason Tourtillott, Eagle head coach.
“Chance shot his best score of the season.”
Marmaton Valley High’s Wildcats finished third in the team standings. The Wildcats shot a 413 as Lyndon won with a 333 total.
James Allison led the Cats with a 91 for the eight-place medal. Dalton Houk carded a 96 to take the 10th-place medal.
William Nunnery had a 104 for Marmaton Valley. Dillon Yeager shot a 122 and Ben Smith had a 124.
