MORAN — A sack by senior lineman Mason Ferguson and junior defensive end Ethan Lawson secured the Marmaton Valley Wildcats’ first win of the season in a 58-50 nail-biter over the Yates Center Wildcats.
Marmaton Valley rallied for a 10-point deficit at halftime to take the contest for their first Three Rivers League win while the Yates Center Wildcats evened their record in the TRL and overall to 1-1 with Friday’s loss.
