This year’s Elsmore Days has been canceled due to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases, according to Johnny Gillham, president of the Elsmore Ruritan Club.
The celebration was scheduled for Sept. 11.
“With the increase of COVID we felt that it was not to our and the public’s benefit,” Gillham said.
