Tom and Sandra Rangel, Louisburg, announce the birth of a son, Jacob Ryan, born March 22, 2012, at Olathe Medical Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. He joins siblings, Benjamin Thomas, 8, and Brett Matthew, 7. Maternal grandparents are Howard and Ruth Smart, Iola, and paternal grandparents are Tom and Connie Rangel and Cathy Rangel, Topeka.
