Mandy Miller and William Roe, Topeka, were united in married at 6:30 p.m. June 18, 2015, in Napa, Calif. Thirty-five guests joined the couple at the beautiful Andretti Winery for the ceremony, officiated by Stephanie Meyer, a friend of the couple.
Mandy is the daughter of Joe and Cheryl Miller, Iola, and William is the son of Bill and Donna Roe, Atchison.
Mandy is a 2007 graduate of Washburn University. She is the senior director of legislative affairs for Strategic Communications of Kansas.
William is a 2005 graduate of the University of Kansas. He is the district director for U.S. Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins.
The couple honeymooned in Napa Valley before returning home to Topeka.
