On Saturday, officers arrested Isacc McCullough for suspicion of driving while impaired and interfering with law enforcement in the 600 block of East Lincoln Street.
Allen County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gary D. Chambers, 69, LaHarpe, Friday, for a bond revocation warrant stemming from charges of distributing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, distributing a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, possessing Psilocybin, possession of drug paraphernalia and transporting an open container of alcohol.
Officers arrested Alexis Ferguson for suspicion of driving while impaired in the 300 block of West Madison Avenue Sept. 2.
Deputies arrested Daniel K. Berthot, 30, Humboldt, Sept. 2, on a bond revocation warrant related to charges of possessing methamphetamine and two counts of possessing a controlled substance.
Steven L. Vidrios, 46, Eureka, was arrested by deputies on U.S. 54 in LaHarpe, Aug. 31 for suspicion of violating a protection order.
Deputies arrested Brittany Rogers 37, Piqua, for suspicion of driving while suspended Aug. 39 in Iola.
Jeremiah J. Heuton, 40, Liberty Hills, Texas, was arrested Aug. 27 on a warrant for failing to appear in court to answer charges of possessing a firearm as a felon and possessing drug paraphernalia.
Wesley L. Sinclair, 62, Iola, was arrested by deputies Aug. 26 on a failure-to-appear warrant.
Deputies arrested Samuel J. Vanpatton, 46, Le Roy, Aug. 26, for a warrant out of Wilson County.
Helen I. Gray, 41, Iola, was arrested Aug. 26 after being ordered in contempt of court.
Deputies arrested Samson S. Turner, 20, Independence, Aug. 25, for a probation revocation warrant stemming from a charge of making a criminal threat.
Timothy L. Toumberlin, 30, Iola, was arrested Aug. 25 in the 400 block of West Lincoln Street for suspicion of driving without a license and failure to register a vehicle.
On Aug. 21, a deputy spotted an abandoned vehicle on Connecticut Road, near the Woodson County line, where evidence suggested the driver struck a deer and overturned. The owner, Brenton Slocum, 30, Petrolia, was later spotted driving another vehicle, and taken into jail for suspicion of driving while suspended, driving without required ignition interlock device, no liability insurance, transporting an open container of alcohol and failure to report an accident.
Deputies arrested Barbar N. Burgin, 42, Platte City, Mo., for suspicion of domestic battery after deputies were called Aug. 29 to a residence on Nebraska Road west of LaHarpe.
