Margaret Katherine Apt and Kerry Duane Dickerson were married Oct. 17, 2009, in Carole Chapel on the campus of Washburn University in Topeka. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Janet A. Chubb of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church in Iola.
The bride is the daughter of Chuck and Mary Apt, Iola, and the groom is the son of Sandra Dickerson, Lee’s Summit, Mo.
Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her sister, Tyner Apt, as maid of honor. Serving as best man for his brother was Mike Dickerson.
