HUMBOLDT — The 40th Farm-City Days celebration allows Paul Setter to reflect on the annual festival’s origins.
He remains only too happy to help introduce townspeople to life on the farm, the backbone of the Setter family for four generations.
“It’s too bad that the ‘farm’ got away from Farm-City Days,” said Setter, chosen as one of the grand marshals for the 2011 edition.
