Cameron Lee Chambers of Humboldt, whose death on Saturday and funeral services and memorial contributions were published in Tuesday’s Register, was born in Parsons on April 20, 1992, the son of Gary Chambers and Jennifer Mitchell.  

He graduated from Humboldt High School in 2010. After his graduation he attended Allen Community College and was currently a welder with Chanute Manufacturing. He was previously employed at Moon’s Hometown Market and SIVALLS Manufacturing in Wyoming. He was an avid fan of the Minnesota Vikings. He enjoyed playing football and basketball, fishing and most of all being with friends.

Cameron is survived by his parents; Jennifer Michels and her husband, John, Humboldt, and Gary Chambers and his wife, Debbie, Baxter Springs; three sisters, Megan Chambers, Humboldt, Jessie Myers and her husband, Chris, Chanute, and Jaime Schneider, Phoenix, Ariz.; four brothers, Dustin Chambers, Cory Chambers, Randy Chambers and Gary Chambers Jr., all of Hoisington; grandparents, Ann Mitchell, Parsons, Mary and Vince Wogan, Alexandria, Minn., Maynard Michels, Nelson, Minn., and Janice Chambers, Hoisington; three uncles, Chad Michels, Nelson, Joe Michels, Alexandria, and Greg Michels, Minneapolis, Minn.; and two aunts, Michelle Richards and her husband, Matt, Alexandria, and Glenda Schroth, Joplin, Mo.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Glenn Chambers.
