Jack Mitchell, KU football coach, a handy man with a pigskin, a coaching job or a good yarn, entertained the Iola Kiwanis Club at its annual football banquet in the Kelley Hotel last night. Guests of the club were 33 members of the Iola High School football squad and four of their coaches. More than 100 were present at the meeting. Introduced by Howard Immel, Coach Mitchell devoted a good share of his time to stories that brought roars of laughter from the audience.

Dr. John Corpolongo and Dr. Glenn V. Carney, who have been practicing osteopathy in St. Louis, have rented offices in the Twadell Building, 223 S. Sycamore, and will soon open the Iola Osteopathic Clinic.
