OTTAWA — Allen Community College stepped out of its conference for the final time of the 2013-14 regular season Tuesday in fine fashion.
The Red Devils maintained a comfortable working margin against host Ottawa University’s junior varsity in an 85-61 win.
The victory lifts Allen to 14-8 on the season.
All 12 of the Red Devil players logged at least 10 minutes of action, head coach Andy Shaw said.
Allen led 43-29 by halftime and extended its lead past 20 shortly after intermission.
