Iola Soccer Club’s A-team had little trouble against visiting Coffeyville Sunday. Iola notched a 10-0 win on Iola’s Davis Athletic Fields.
Calob Mock and Zach St. Clair led the scoring for Iola with two goals each.
Scoring a goal apiece were Zane Beasley, Mason Key, Colby WOrks, Braden Plumlee, Isiah Shaughnessy and Devon Herfurth.
Plumlee made three saves in goal during the first half. Key had seven saves as goalkeeper in the second half. It was 5-0 at halftime.
In a scrimmage game, Iola B-team defeated Humboldt 4-1.
Scoring a goal each for Iola were Bret Plumlee, Matt Karr, Peter Vienter and Tyler Heinrich.
