MORAN — Marmaton Valley Junior High picked up four hard-fought victories Tuesday against visiting Crest Middle School.
The A team girls fought to a virtual standstill before Marmaton Valley outscored Crest 6-4 in the fourth quarter of a 27-25 victory. The Wildcat B team also prevailed, 14-3, in two quarters.
On the boys’ side, the Wildcat A team took control in the second half of a 38-25 victory, after winning the B team game, 34-25.
