Joining Iola and Chanute at the regional are Labette County, Coffeyville, Columbus, Fort Scott, Anderson County, Independence, Prairie View, Louisburg, Osawatomie, Ottawa, Paola, Parsons and Spring Hill. The top four wrestlers in each of the 14 weight classes advance to the Kansas Class 4A State Wrestling Tournament in Salina.
