Historical Society to discuss Hawk’s works

Debbie Smail, daughter of the late Gary Hawk, will speak at Sunday's Allen County Historical Society meeting about her father's art studio. There is no charge to attend the 3 p.m. meeting at 207 N. Jefferson Ave.
