Iola City Council members will once again plan on discussing the city’s fireworks ordinances, particularly the ban on aerial displays such as bottle rockets and Roman candles.
The Council had planned on hearing from a local fireworks vendor at their Aug. 10 meeting, but the vendor failed to show.
He has subsequently reached back out to city officials, asking to be heard Monday.
