Phyllis Ann Perez, 77, of Humboldt, died May 12, 2026, in Olathe.
She was born on March 2, 1949, in Chanute, to Jesse Mendoza and Rebecca Mendoza (Ysusi).
On Aug. 9, 1969, she married Lupe Perez, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Her husband survives, as do children, Melissa (Steve) Sellman, Linda (Chris) Murphy, Tony (Amy) Perez and Sara (Tim) Ellis.
Memorials are suggested to Wings of Warriors or Neosho Memorial Care Car, and left in the care of Feuerborn Family Funeral Service.
A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, May 18 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, with the Rosary following from 7 to 7:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the church, with burial to follow at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery.
