Marmaton Valley swept by Vikings

MORAN — The Wildcats struggled to defend their home court on Tuesday as the Northeast Arma Middle School teams came to Moran and swept four games against the Marmaton Valley boys’ and girls’ teams.
In the boys’ varsity game, the Vikings were able to steadily build on a five-point halftime lead and end up with a 38-30 victory.
William Lowder led the Wildcats with nine points and Quincy Adams had seven. Curtis Harris had six and Wesley Lowder and Deacon Perkins each had four points.

BOYS’ JV
Northeast Arma was able to cruise to a 22-12 victory in the boys’ junior varsity game.
Jarrett Herrman led the Wildcats with seven points while Bryce Carmen had three and Colten Woods scored two.

GIRLS’ VARSITY
Northeast Arma defeated Marmaton Valley 19-15 in the girls’ varsity game.
Kamryn Boyd paced the Wildcats with six points. Kayla Ard had five and Kaylee Becker and Kendall Scharff each had two.
