Dennis Clair and Mary Lynn Beaman, Spring Hill, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on New Year’s Day.
Dennis Beaman and Mary Leedy were married Jan. 1, 1952, in Tonganoxie. Dennis grew up in Elsmore and Mary was raised in Neosho Falls.
The lived in Lexexa for 20 years and in Spring Hill for the past 23 years. She is a homemaker and mother and he retired from Diebolt’s after 30 years of service.
Hosts for a small gathering at a local restaurant were their two children, Diana and Mike Newman, Shawnee, and Clifton and Karen Beaman, Lenexa, and their four grandchildren.
