The last Lenten breakfast of the season will be at 7 a.m. Wednesday at Calvary United Methodist Church at the corner of Jackson and Walnut. The breakfasts are sponsored by the Iola Ministerial Alliance. The meals are free and include a brief time of worship.

First Presbyterian, corner of Madison and Buckeye, will have a Maundy Thursday service at 7 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. Dan Daniels will officiate.

First Christian Church, at the corner of North Kentucky and Oregon Road, will host a community-wide Good Friday service at noon.
