Several youngsters took their acting and improvisational skills onto the Bowlus Fine Arts Center stage Saturday for the Children’s Summer Theatre Workshop showcase.
The students, under the guidance of creative director John Higginbotham and a host of assistant directors, did such popular pieces, such as “build a machine” and “four scenes,” as well as rehearsed skits and improvisational games.
The Missoula Children’s Theatre takes center stage this week, with youngsters putting on a humorous adaptation of “Hercules” at 2 p.m. Saturday.
Admission is a free-will donation.
