Caleb Decker, 3, and little sister, Liliana, 2, were among the youngsters taking part in Christmas activities Saturday at LaHarpe City Hall. In addition to writing letters to Santa and visiting with St. Nick himself, the youngsters also decorated their own Christmas ornaments. The event was sponsored by LaHarpe’s Health and Wellness coordinator Courtney Frame.
