Lonnie Harrison, age 75, of Pittsburg, passed away at 11:42 p.m., Friday, Oct. 31, 2025 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.
He was born Jan. 8, 1950 at Moran, Kansas, to Kenneth E. and Rosalee (Baker) Harrison. He graduated from Iola High School.
Mr. Harrison served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.
He enjoyed fishing and making fishing lures.
Survivors include two sons, John Harrison (Michelle) of Pittsburg and Lonnie Harrison (Lyn Teague) of Pittsburg; a brother, Terry Harrison (Hannah) of Powhatan, Virginia; a sister, Ellen Harrison of Iola, Kansas; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A private family memorial graveside service will be held at a later date in the Bronson Cemetery, Bronson, Kansas. Friends may also leave condolences online at www.brennermortuary.com. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brenner Mortuary, Pittsburg.
