Arrest reported
Iola police officers arrested Tony Hendricks Tuesday afternoon for suspicion of disorderly conduct and being a pedestrian under the influence of alcohol in the 800 block of Wilson Lane.
Vehicles collide
Emmalee M. Thompson was turning south onto State Street from U.S. 54 Tuesday when her pickup entered the path of an eastbound van driven by Everett D. Bryan and the vehicles collided, Iola police officers reported.
Neither driver was injured, nor were their passengers.
