OVERLAND PARK — The Allen Community College men’s soccer team will have a week to get back on track after suffering their second consecutive loss with Saturday’s 5-2 drubbing by the Johnson County Community College Cavaliers.
Celebrating their 50th anniversary of soccer at JCCC, the Cavaliers (1-0-1) jumped out to a 3-0 lead before the end of the first period and relegated the Allen Red Devils to playing catch up for most of the contest. The loss puts the Red Devils at 1-4 overall and 0-2 in the Jayhawk Conference.
