A week filled with stormy, rainy weather has planners of state sporting events ready to make adjustments in their schedules, if necessary.
As of this morning, todays Class 2-1A State Baseball Tournament, including Humboldt High, is on schedule, with the Cubs slated to take on Heritage Christian Academy out of Olathe at 1:15 p.m.
A win puts Humboldt in the state semifinals Friday morning.
STATE track and field athletes are at Cessna Stadium in Wichita Friday and Saturday. That, too, remains a go, unless severe weather strikes.
